To the Residents of Stockbridge;
The Stockbridge Police Department remains committed to the needs of the community as we deal with the Pandemic known as COVID-19: Corona Virus.
Should you need our assistance during this time we respectfully request that you let the dispatchers know if you are experiencing any symptoms of fever, cough, muscle aches and sneezing. Notification of any flu like symptoms will allow the officers to be prepared to assist you while protecting themselves from unnecessary exposure. Having this information will not delay our response it will simply allow us to maintain our consistent professional and safe response.
At this time the Stockbridge Town Hall is closed to the public. The Police lobby remains open however we will not be allowing access to the police station. If you have a request or question regarding a service you are seeking please call or e-mail. Contact information is available on our website.

Effective March 17, 2020 at 9:00 AM, the Town Hall will be closed to the public until further notice in response to the rapidly evolving COVID-19 situation. Town Hall staff along with Police, Fire, Emergency Personnel and Public Works employees will remain on duty. Please refer to this website for Town Employee contact information; we will respond. The Stockbridge Chief of Police, Darrell G. Fennelly, announces the Town of Stockbridge’s annual winter parking ban, which begins on November 15, 2019 and remains in effect until March 15, 2020. This notice is in accordance with Article IV, Section 7, which reads: “No person shall allow, permit or suffer any vehicle registered in his name, other than one acting in an emergency, to be parked on any street between 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. This ban on all-night parking is in effect from November 15 to March 15, and any cars left on the street will be towed at the owner’s expense. (The ban is intended to keep the streets clear for snow removal.)” ...
